【摘要】 目的 :观察中药降浊汤对缺血性中风后血浆Ox LDL(氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白 ) ,D DIMER(D 二聚体 )浓度和血脂改变与再次缺血性中风的相关性。方法 :72例缺血性中风病例 ,随机单盲分为中药治疗组 36例 ,服用降浊汤加M ASA(肠溶阿斯匹林 ) ,西药对照组 36例 ,单服M ASA。病人自缺血性中风症状和体征稳定开始 ,连续随访观察 6个月。结果 :中药组有 1例发生再中风 ,西药对照组发生再中风 3例。中药组开始时Ox LDL浓度为 10 2 1± 10 2 μg/dl( x±s) ,治疗后为 6 0 4± 77μg/dl,前后比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。西药对照组开始时Ox LDL为 911± 10 5 μg/dl,治疗后 893±6 8μg/dl,治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组间比较有差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。中药组与西药对照组治疗前D DIMER浓度分别为 1.0 1± 0 .2 2与 1.0 2± 0 .19μg/dl,治疗后为 0 .6 2± 0 .34与0 .5 8± 0 .2 7μg/dl,(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )但组间比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组还显示一定降脂作用。结论 :中药降浊汤能降低Ox LDL浓度 ,当伍用M ASA时 ,在预防再次缺血性中风方面比单用M ASA效果更好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Clinical study on Jangzhuo Decoction for treating plasma concentrations of oxidized low density lipoprotein, d dimer of ischemic stroke and its relation to preventing repeated stroke.Methods: 72 cases with ischemic stroke were divided randomly and blindly into two groups. 36 patients with ischemic stroke in therapeutic group were treated with Jangzhuo Decoction M ASA, and 36 patients in control group were treated with M ASA alone. The follow up survey for six months was conducted when physical signs and symptoms of the paints with ischemic stroke begain to be stable. Results: The incidence of the repeated stroke in therapeutic group were one case(2.7%) and in control group were three cases(8.3%) respectively. Ox LDL levels of therapeutic group was 1021±102μg/dl( ±s ), decreased to 604±77μg/dl( P <0.001), and control group was 911±105μg/dl, decreased to 893±68μg/dl( P >0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups. D dimer levels of two grouups were all increased significantly( P <0.05), but there was insignificant difference between the two groups( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Jangzhuo Decoction can decreased plasma concentration of oxidized low density lipoprotein and the effect of combination Chinese with western medicine was better than the M ASA in preventing repeated stroke.更多还原
