【摘要】 为解决骨盆不稳定性骨折固定难,易产生合并症的难题、结合骨盆的特征进行研究,设计出一种新型骨盆骨折固定器,经31例骨盆不稳定性骨折的治疗观察,随访6个月～2年零6个月,治疗前后X线检查及临床疗效评定:优15例,良10例,可6例,认为该固定器设计合理,操作简便,固定牢靠,有加压、撑开、纠正旋转等多项功能结合于一体,是一种治疗骨盆不稳定性骨折比较新颖和理想的外固定器。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the d ifficult probl em that it is difficult to fix pelvis u nstable fracture and it i s easy to appear symptom-complex.C ombining the characteristic of pelv is to conduct research,we design a kind of new type pelvis fracture fixture.Through 31examples treatment a nd observations of pelvis unstable fracture and follow ing visit half ye ar to two and a half years,as well as x r ay inspection and c linical curative effect from beginning to end of treatment,we get the evaluatio n:15examp les are best,10examples are good and 6examples are approvable.
