人工晶体植入术后房水白介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平及其与一氧化氮的关系
Relationship between levels of IL-2,TNF-α and nitric oxide in aqueous humor after intraocular lens implantation
【摘要】 目的 :探讨人工晶体植入术后房水中白介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )和肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平及其与一氧化氮 (NO)的关系。方法 :将新西兰白兔随机分成 3组 :( 1)正常对照组 ;( 2 )晶体囊外摘除术组 (ECCE) ;( 3 )晶体囊外摘除术 +人工晶体囊袋内植入术组 (ECCE +IOL)。于术后 0、1、3、7、14、3 0d观察各组动物眼内炎症反应的同时 ,测定房水中IL - 2和TNF -α水平及NO2 -/NO3-含量。结果 :( 1)术后 1- 14dECCE +IOL组房水中IL - 2、TNF-α和NO2 -/NO3-含量均明显高于ECCE组和对照组 ,该含量于术后 3 - 7d达到高峰 ,2周后逐渐减少 ;( 2 )各组房水IL - 2、TNF -α和NO2 -/NO3-含量变化的规律一致 ,房水IL - 2和TNF -α水平与NO含量变化密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :NO和IL - 2、TNF -α在人工晶体植入术后眼内炎症反应中可能均起重要的作用。
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the relationship between the level of interleukin-2 (IL-2), tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and nitric oxide (NO) in aqueous humor after intraocular lens implantation. METHODS: New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into three groups: (1)control group; (2)extracapsular cataract extraction group (ECCE); (3)extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation group (ECCE+IOL). The inflammation in all experimental rabbit eyes was observed via zoom-photo slit-lamp microscope on 1, 3, 7, 14 d and 30 d postoperation. Meanwhile, aqueous humor was drawn for white blood cell(WBC) counting and classifying , and for determining IL-2, TNF-α and NO 2 -/NO 3 - contents.RESULTS: (1)The level of IL-2 and TNF-α and NO 2 - / NO 3 - in aqueous humor of ECCE+IOL group were higher than that in ECCE and control at 1 to 14 days postoperation, respectively, it increased to peak value at 3 to 7 days postoperation and decreased gradually two weeks postoperation; (2) The changes in IL-2, TNF-α and NO 2 -/NO 3 - in each group were basically similer; (3) The changes of IL-2 and TNF-α level were closely related with NO content in aqueous humor( r=0.69, P<0.01 and r=0.98, P<0.01 ). CONCLUSION: IL-2, TNF-α and NO play an important role in intraocular inflammation intraocular lens implantation.
