【摘要】 目的　了解银屑病患者皮损中ICAM 1、IGF 1表达水平及分布 ,并讨论其临床意义和相互关系。方法　用免疫组化的方法对 16例实验组标本和 16例对照组标本进行检则。结果　实验组ICAM 1为 72 .9375± 2 1.14 0 8,对照组为 5 1.375 0± 17.0 876 ,两组间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;IGF 1实验组为 5 0 .1875± 13.5 2 88,对照组为 33.312 5±17.82 81,两组间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 2 ) ;患者组ICAM 1、IGF 1增高呈明显的正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　银屑病皮损中ICAM 1、IGF 1表达增高且密切相关 ,在银屑病病程中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressional level and distribution of ICAM 1 and IGF 1 in psoriatic lesion,and probe the clinical significance.Methods 16 experimental specimens and 16 controls were examined with immunohistochemical assay.Results The ICAM 1 in experimental group and control group was 72.9375±21.1408 and 51.3750±17.0876 respectively.The ICF 1 in experimental group and control group was 50.1875±13.5288 and 33.3125±17.8281 respectively.There was a significant difference between the control and experimental groups( P <0.01 and P <0.02) respectively.There was a obvious correlation between the increase of ICAM 1 and that of IGF 1 in psoriatic lesion.Conclusion The expression of IGAM 1 and IGF 1 was enhanced in psoriatic lesion and there was a significant correlation between them.Both of them might cooperatively advance the proceeding of psoriasis.更多还原
