φ70mm核用离心萃取器Ⅰ.机械性能和水力学特性
φ70 mm Centrifugal Extractor Used in Nuclear Industry Ⅰ. Mechanical Performance and Hydraulic Characteristics
【摘要】 试验考察了70mm核用离心萃取器的机械性能 ,并以水 煤油为体系 ,试验研究了其水力学特性。该离心萃取器运行时温升不大 ,振动小 ,噪音低 ,停车后拆装方便。在试验操作流比 (A/O比 ) 1/ 18~ 16 / 1范围内 ,处理能力可达 2 90L/h。
【Abstract】 The mechanical performance of the 70 mm centrifugal extractor used in nuclear industry is investigated and its hydraulic characteristics in a H 2O kerosene system are tested. When the centrifugal extractor runs, its temperature rise is not high, the vibration is little, the noise is low. It can be disassembled immediately after shutdown. When the A/O ratio ranges from 1/18 to 16/1 , the maximum of total throughput can reach 290 L/h.
