硬质合金刀具干式切削力的仿真
SIMULATION OF CUTTING FORCES WITH CEMENTED CARBIDE TOOLS IN DRY CUTTING
【摘要】 切削力是刀具切削性能评价的重要指标之一 ,本文提出了一种建立在MATL AB系统上的切削力预报系统 ,它可以十分方便的预报硬质合金刀具切削普通碳素钢的切削力变化规律 ,切削力预报精度较高 ,可以应用于新刀具的开发、生产和设计中
【Abstract】 One of the most important factor in the process of assess the cutting behavior is the cutting forces. In this paper, a new cutting forces simulation system is proposed based on the MATLAB systems, it is easy to predict the cutting forces when machining plain carbon steels with cemented carbide tools, the results shows the system has high accuracy and it can be applied in design new tools, research and machining process.
