核桃油和核桃油复合维生素E对大鼠血浆脂质的影响
EFFECTS OF WALNUT OIL AND WALNUT OIL VITAMIN E COMPLEX ON PLASMA LIPID IN RATS
【摘要】 目的 : 观察不同剂量核桃油和核桃油加维生素 E(核桃油复合 VE)对大鼠血脂和动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法 : 80只 Wistar大鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,用高脂饲料制作动物高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化模型 ,然后将动物分为 5组 ;核桃油低、高剂量组 ,0 .3g/kg bw、1 g/kg bw;核桃油复合VE(核桃油和 VE的比例为每 3g核桃油中含 0 .2 g VE)低、高剂量组 ,0 .3g/kg bw、1 g/kg bw;对照组以 1 ml/kg生理盐水灌胃 ,实验各组均每天灌胃油剂一次 ,连续 4w。结果 : 1 .核桃油和核桃油复合 VE对大鼠摄食及生长发育均无影响。 2 .核桃油能明显降低的雄性高脂血症大鼠血中的总胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、升高载脂蛋白 AI( Apo- AI) ,明显降低雌性高脂血症大鼠血中的 TG水平 ,升高其 Apo- AI。 3.核桃油复合 VE能显著降低雄性高脂血症大鼠血中的 TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( LDL- C) ,高剂量核桃油复合 VE还能升高其血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL- C)、提高动物的抗动脉粥样硬化指数 ( AAI) ;对雌性大鼠除与雄性大鼠有类似的作用之外 ,还能明显降低血中TG和 Apo- B水平。结论 : 核桃油和核桃油复合 VE均有不同程度的降低大鼠血脂及改善动脉粥样硬化的作用
【Abstract】 Objective: To demonstrate the effects of walnut oil and walnut oil VE complex on plasma lipid and atherosclerosis. Methods: 80 Wistar rats (half female and half male) were given high fat diet to induce the hyperlipidemia model. Then the animals were divided into 5 groups:walnut oil 1g/kg group, walnut oil 0.3g/kg group, walnut oil VE complex 1g/kg group, walnut oil VE complex 0.3g/kg group and control group. The oil was given by gavage one time a day for 4 w respectively. Results: 1.Both walnut oil and walnut oil VE complex didnt affect the growth and development of rats. 2.Walnut oil significantly lowered plasma TC,TG, and elevated Apo AI in male rats, significantly lowered TG,Apo B and elevated Apo AI in female rats. 3.Walnut oil VE complex significantly lowered plasma TC,LDL C, elevated HDL C and Apo AI in male rats; in female rats, in addition to the similar effects in male rats, walnut oil VE complex significantly lowered TG, Apo B, though no effect on HDL C. Conclusion: Both walnut oil and walnut oil VE complex have the protective effects on hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis in rats.
