【摘要】 目的:研究舍曲林、氟西汀和帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者的生活质量和经济负担的影响。方法:采用随机、双盲的方法分别应用舍曲林、氟西汀和帕罗西汀对71例抑郁症患者进行分组治疗,通过生活质量指数量表评定其生活质量及经济负担。结果:3组治疗后生活质量均较治疗前有明显改善;治疗前、后3组之间的生活质量和经济负担无显著性差异。结论:舍曲林、氟西汀和帕罗西汀都是良好的抗抑郁药,3种药物对抑郁症患者的生活质量和经济负担的影响是相似的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare the quality of life and cost of treatment for depression between using sertraline, fluox-etine and paroxetine.METHODS:Using randomized group sampling and double blind study,the quality of life evaluated by the life quality index and cost of treatment for depression with sertraline, fluoxetine or paroxetine were observed in 71 patients with depression.RESULTS: The quality of life was improved obviously with all above-mentioned three drugs.The quality of life before or after treatment was similar among 3 drugs observed. Cost of treatment for depression was similar among 3 drugs as well.CONCLUSION:Sertraline,fluoxetine and paroxetine were all well-established agents,with similar influence on quality of life and treatment cost.更多还原
