【摘要】 目的:采用临床多中心研究方法评价国产注射用阿奇霉素治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法:302例患者分为呼吸系统感染组(181例)和其他系统感染组(121例)。给药方法为阿奇霉素0.5g,每天1次,静脉滴注,疗程5天～7天。结果:阿奇霉素治疗总的临床痊愈率为72.8％,有效率为93.4％,其中呼吸系统感染的痊愈率为60.8％,有效率为90.1％;其他系统感染的痊愈率为90.9％,有效率为98.3％。细菌清除率为97.7％。应用阿奇霉素后的不良反应发生率为9.6％。结论:国产注射用阿奇霉素治疗细菌性感染有效且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Using multicenter study, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic azithromycin injection in the treatment of acute bacterial infections.METHODS: A total of 302 patients were enrolled in this study.All patients, 181 cases of respiratory infections and 121 cases of other tissue infections,were treated with azithromycin.Drugs were administered intravenously once a day for 5-7 days, at a daily dose of 0.5g.RESULTS: The overall clinical cure rates and efficacy rates of azithromycin were 72.8% and 93.4% ;the clinical cure rate and effective rate of respiratory infections were 60.8% and 90.1% , those of other tissue infections were 90.9% and 98.3% .respectively .The bacterial clearance rate was 97.7% .The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 9.6% .CONCLUSION: Domestic azithromycin injection is an effective and safe antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial infections.更多还原
