【摘要】 目的 :探讨 Nd:YAG激光联合放疗治疗巨块型宫颈癌的作用。方法 :对 5 0例中晚期巨块型宫颈癌患者 ,应用 Nd:YAG激光内凝切除肿瘤 ,术后追加放疗。结果 :5 0例患者 ,经 2～ 4次内凝切除后追加放疗 ,宫颈创面愈合光滑 ,未见新生物。 3年生存率为 84 % (4 2 /5 0 ) ,其中 b期为 90 .9% (2 0 /2 2 ) , b期为 78.6% (2 2 /2 8)。讨论 :Nd:YAG激光联合放疗治疗巨块型宫颈癌 ,可提高疗效 ,减少放射治疗剂量 ,降低放疗副作用及并发症 ,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy of large volume cervix cancer treated by Nd:YAG Laser combined radiation. Methods: All 50 cases with large volume cervix cancer were treated using Nd:YAG laser for coagulation inside. After laser treatment, combined radiation. Results: All 50 cases were resected with laser coagulation for 2～4 times, then combind radiation, the cervix wound were cured smooth, no tuber on it. The 3 year survival rate was 84%(42/50), Ⅱb was 90.9%(20/22), Ⅲb was 78.6%(22/28). Conclusion: Using Nd:YAG Lgser laser combined radiation to treat large volume cervix cancer could increase the effects,decrease the dose of radiation,side effects and complications,increase the survival quality.更多还原
