三氯化镧催化一锅法合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮
Synthesis of 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones Using Lanthanum Chloride as a Catalyst
【Abstract】 An efficient one-pot synthesis method for 3,4-dihydropyrimidinones using lanthanum chloride heptahydrate as a catalyst by the reaction of aldehyde, β-keto ester and urea(in molar ratio 1∶1∶1 5) in ethanol is described. The method is simple and affords product in good yield(80%~90%).
