【摘要】 以丙二腈的二硫缩醛为原料 ,经两步反应得到 3 -氨基 -5 -氨基 -1 H-吡唑 -4 -腈 ,再与酰氯反应 ,得到一系列 1 -磺酰基 -3 -氨基 -5 -氨基 -1 H-吡唑 -4 -腈 ,部分化合物 5位上的氨基进一步被烷基化 ,得到 3 ,5 -二氨基 -1 -磺酰基 -1 H-吡唑 -4 -腈 .元素分析、1H NMR、IR和 MS证实了它们的结构 .初步生物活性测试结果证明 :在0 .1 mmol/L剂量下 ,3 ,5 -二氨基 -1 -取代苯磺酰基 -1 H-吡唑 -4 -腈具有良好的除草活性 .更多还原

【Abstract】 sulfonyl-3,5-diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-nitriles(3) were synthesized by the reaction of sulfonylation of 3,5-diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-nitriles(2), which were prepared from 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthio acrylonitrile as starting material with arylamines. All the novel compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR and elemental analysis, and some by IR and MS. Some of the target compounds show excellent herbicidal activities.更多还原
