海洋纤毛虫—巨大拟阿脑虫的实验生态学研究Ⅲ.pH对种群生长的影响

【摘要】 就水环境中的pH对巨大拟阿脑虫Paranophysmagna(纤毛门 ,盾纤目 )种群生长的影响及后者的应答与适应进行了探讨 .结果表明 ,虫体生存的 pH阈值约为 5~ 9.6 ,最适范围为 7.0~ 9.0 ;pH对巨大拟阿脑虫的种群生长有显著影响 ,种群自然增长率及种群所达最大种群密度均随 pH的不同而明显改变 .图 8表 1参 9
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effects of the pH on the population growth of the marine ciliate, Paranophrys magna (Ciliophora, Scuticociliatida) using experimental ecological methods. The results indicate that the value of pH is one of the restrictive factors, the natural rate of increase and the maximum population density are changed distinctly along with the pH of water and that the threshold of pH is 5~9.6 and the appropriate range is about 7~9.
