【摘要】 分析了武汉市儿童医院1995～2000年门诊医疗收入构成及其变化趋势,结果显示医院的门诊总收入呈逐年上升的趋势;1995～1997年门诊收入的增加主要是因为药品费及检查费的增高,1997～2000年门诊收入的增加主要是因为门诊人次的增加,两阶段门诊工作量及门诊医疗收入的构成对门诊总收入影响是不同的。分析提示在现今医疗服务市场激烈竞争的情况下,医院必须不断提高门诊医疗、护理工作质量,满足病人的需求,走质量效益型的内涵发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective out - patient department medical treatment income composing and changing trend of Wuhan Children Hospital in 1995 - 2000 are analyzed in this article, the conclusion shows that out - patient department income presents ascending trend year by year. Out - patient department income increasing of 1995 - 1997mainly results from the increment of material media fee and examining fee, out - patient department income increasing of 1997 - 2000 mainly results from the increasing of person -time , workload and medical treatment income composing of out - patient department have different influenece to total income of out - patient department, analysis hints that in the things of impetuously compete modern medical treatment service market hospital must ceaseless enhances the medical treatment, nursing service quality, meets the needs of patient, track the road of quality and benefit intention development.更多还原
