【摘要】 在山东省经济好、中、差的地区,分别选择三级医院1所,二级医院3所,对医院的医疗质量、服务效率进行了调查分析。调查发现各级医院不同程度地存在:医院工作效率不高,医生负荷偏低,床位利用率低;医院结构效率偏低,职业结构不合理;医院收入结构不合理。提出了医院目前应注意调整医疗收费结构,降低医药费用,特别是药费价格,改善服务质量和提高服务效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the high, middle and low level of economical situation in different region in Shandong province, one tertiary hospital and three secondary hospital were selected, respectively. A study of health service, efficiency was conducted using the systematic investigation of data as average hospital stay, average treatment expenses, patient satisfaction extent, the input of manpower and outpur of health service, and among other efficiency criteria, with constructive suggestions and reference to some general theory of efficiency structure and improvement.更多还原
