【Abstract】 Considering the data and theory on health service quality assessment stand in a dialectical complementation in the sense that an extremely jumbled theory without practical routine use feasibility can hardly claim validity, and service process and outcome quality data without being explained by some theory remain a muddled mass of materials, a study of health service quality was conducted using the systematic investigation of data as average hospital stay, average treatment expenses , patient satisfaction extent, among other quality criteria, in one high level hospital and three middle level hospitals in Shandong province, with constructive suggestions and reference to some general theory of quality structure and improvement.更多还原
