【摘要】 目的 :对舒乐口服液的制备与临床应用进行研究。方法 :根据处方中各药有效成分 ,分别采用蒸馏法、水提醇沉法、渗漉法提取制成口服液 ,临床治疗痛经 15 0例。结果 :治愈率 44.7% ,总有效率 90 .7%。结论 :该制剂组方合理 ,疗效确切 ,携带服用方便更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the method of preparatio n of Shule oral liquid and observe its clinical application. Metho ds: Shule oral liquid is made from the effective components of th e folk medicines prescribed in Traditional Chinese Medicine, using distillation, water-extraction and alcohol precipitation as well as maceration. Results: The prepared oral liquid was used in 150 women with menalgia and 44.67% of them completely relieved from the disease. The total clinical res ponse rate was 90.67%. Conclusion: The combination of var ious components of the liquid is reasonable. The liquid is therapeutically effec tive for menalgia and easy for carrying and oral take.更多还原
