【摘要】 回顾分析204例重型颅脑损伤的临床资料,探讨有效救治手段。结果显示,受伤原因中交通事故伤140例(68.6％),坠落伤28例(13.7％),打击伤及其他占36例(17.7％),格拉斯哥计分(GCS)越低,死亡率越高。脑中线移位程度与死亡率高低呈正相关。适当手术时机的选择及术后综合治疗,复合伤的及时治疗,能明显提高救治成功率,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reviewed hos to explore efficient medical treatment from the clinical materials about 204 cases of severe head injury. As a result of this study, the reasons for such a kind of injury are traffic accident injury 140 cases (68.6%), falling injury 28 cases (13.7%), hitting and other situations injury 36 cases (17.7%) . When grades of GCS is lower, the mortality is higher. At the same time, There is a positive conection between brain mid-line displacement extent with mortality.
