【摘要】 目的 探讨超声对输卵管间质部妊娠的早期诊断价值。方法 经腹壁应用B超和多普勒功率图(Doppler Power Imag-ing,DPI)对28例输卵管间质部妊娠患者声像图表现进行分析。结果 声像图中28例均有紧贴宫角的混合性色块;13例破裂型伴有腹盆腔积液;7倒流产型伴有盆腔积液;8例胎块型包块内显示孕囊。25例DPI显示包块内局部血管分布集中,滋养层周围血流流速曲线为低阻脉动血流。结论 超声诊断间质部妊娠28例,经手术病理证实26例符合输卵管间质部妊娠,准确率92.8％。超声特征为本病早期诊断提供了可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the early diagnostic value of ultraound for tubal interstital pregnancy. Methods 28 cases of tubal interstital pregnarcy were examined and analysed by trans abdominal B mode ultraound and Doppler Power Imaging (DPI) . Results The ultrasonic features were as followed: all 28 cases with mixed lump next to the uterine corner, 13 cases of ruptared type complicated with abdominal or pelvic effusion 7 cases of aborted type complicated with pelvic effusion,8 cases of tubal mole showe 4d gestation sac in the mole.In 25 cases,DPI showed local vasular concentration within the lump, The trophodermal blood flow velocity tracing showed as low resistant arterial blood flow. Conclusion In 28 cases of ultrasonic diagnosis as tubal intertitial pregnancy, 26 cases were confirmed by pathological diagnosis after the operation. The accurate rate was 92.8% . So these ultrasonis features could diagnose the disease in early stage.更多还原
