【摘要】 目的　研究从钝顶螺旋藻中分离纯化得到的糖缀合物SPPA 1的糖链结构。方法　应用了气相色谱、甲基化分析和1H ,13CNMR及 2DNMR技术研究糖链结构。结果　SPPA 1的糖链是由单一葡萄糖组成 ,其重复单元是由 1→ 4连接的葡萄糖糖残基组成的主链且具有分支。结论　SPPA 1的糖链部分为一新的葡聚糖更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To elucidate the structure of the glycan of SPPA 1, a glycoconjugate isolated from Spirulina platensis . METHODS Methylation analysis, GC/MS, and 1D, 2DNMR techniques were used to determine the structures of the glycoconjugate (SPPA 1). RESULTS SPPA 1 was only composed of α D glucose and shown to be a (1→4) linked α D glucan to which a few glucosyl side chains are attached at O 6 of the glucosyl residues of the main chain. CONCLUSION The glycan of SPPA 1 is a new glucan.更多还原
