【摘要】 目的　探讨激光心肌血运重建术 (TMR)在缓解冠心病心肌缺血中的临床疗效。方法　观察 2 0例行单纯 TMR患者术后 1周、 1月及 6个月心绞痛、心功能改善情况。结果　 TMR后心绞痛症状得到明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,于术后 1周最明显 ,随时间的推移疗效逐渐减弱 ;心功能于术后 1月才见显著改善 ,6个月时最明显。结论　 TMR能改善冠心病缺血心肌的血供 ,缓解症状 ,改善心功能 ;TMR后心功能的改善滞后于心绞痛症状的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TMR on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) Methods We observe 10 patients with CHD who were treated by TMR only without combined with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) We observe the improvement of heart function and symptom of angina pectoris 1 week、1 month and 6 months after TMR Results After TMR, the symptom of angina pectoris and heart function all get significant improvement(P<0 05);angina pectoris get the most improvement at 1 week, but the peak of heart function is later than angina pectoris, it get the most improvement 6 month latter Conclusions TMR could increase blood supply of ischemic myocardium and improve heart function and symptom of angina pectoris, but the improvement of heart function was later than symptom of angina pectioris更多还原
