医学数据库的法律保护
On the law protection of medical databases
【摘要】 介绍了医学数据库的概念和其法律保护的重要性 ,以及国内外数据库保护的现状。阐述了医学数据库所涉及的法律保护问题。
【Abstract】 Outlined in this paper are the concept of medical databases, the importance and current status of its law protection at home and abroad. The law protection problems of medical databases are discussed.
