【摘要】 目的 :对解热抗炎Ⅰ号口服液中厚朴的有效成分厚朴酚进行定性、定量分析 ,建立质控方法。方法 :用薄层层析法对有效成分厚朴酚进行定性分析 ,以高效液相色谱法在ODS -C18柱上以甲醇 -水 (70 30 )为流动相测定其含量。结果 :厚朴酚的回收率为 98 15% (RSD =2 .96 % ) ,检测范围为 0 0 184～ 0 184 μg/ml ,r =0 9996。可以作为该制剂的质控方法。结论 :所用定性、定量方法快速、可靠、灵敏更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of quality control for Jierekangyan No.1(JRKY) oral solution by qualitatively and quantitatively determining the active substance of magnolol in the solution.METHODS:Analyse magnolol qualitatively by TLC and quantitatively on ODS-C18 column with MeOH-water(7030) as mobile phase,to determine the content of magnolol by HPLC.RESULTS:The average recovery was 98.15%( RSD =2.96%).The linear concentration range of the method was 0.0148～0.148μg/ml, r =0.9996.CONCLUSION:The qualitative and the quantitative methods studied are rapid,reliable and sensitive.更多还原
