【摘要】 为了寻找影响医疗费用上涨的真正原因 ,对医院住院部业务收入的各组成部分的年变化趋势进行了分析。根据医院每项收费的类别 ,将医院住院部的业务收入按其类别划分为药品费、检查费、治疗费、手术费、易耗材料费、护理费、放射费、床位费等 8项收入 ,并对其进行构成比年变化趋势分析、增长速度分析、灰关联分析 ,结果显示总业务收入中占比例最大的是药品费和易耗材料费 ;增长速度最快的是易耗材料费、放射费、药品费 ;与总业务收入关联度最大的是药品费、放射费、易耗材料费更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find academic bases of affecting hospital business income. In this article, according to their types, total income of inpatient departement be classifed eight sub incomes. By constituent ratio and increasing speed and gray relational analysis. The result shows the biggest proportion in the total income is medicine and one off material fee, and the fastest increasing speed is one off material and ray fee and medicine fee. The biggest Grey correlation coefficient is medicine and ray fee and one off material fee.更多还原
