【摘要】 目的:探讨严重鼻副窦骨折的最佳诊断与整复的方法。方法:采用双切口和柯-陆经路配合眶下入路等。结果:166例效果满意,1例仅面部麻木,1例咬合不佳,另1例面部轻度畸形。结论:严重鼻副窦的骨折必须立即手术,尤其开放性骨折,1～8h为黄金时间,结合认真的查体,配合X线片、CT、MRI。但必须要注意颅、眼、耳、腹腔、四肢和全身情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Probe into the best treatment and diagnosis methods of serious accessory nasal sinus fractures in the e-mergency.Methods: The operation is performed to cure the nasal sinus fractures. Results: 167 cases were satisfied with the treatment results. Conclusion: The attention must be paid to the symptoms of eyes, orbital floor, riasoethmoid sinus serious fracture and other severe injuries over the body when diagnosing.CT scan and MRI are also necessary for the diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
