【摘要】 本文观察52例老年IGT患者血液粘度及生化指标,并与正常组46例,DM(糖尿病)组96例进行比较,IGT组全血粘度、血浆粘度、血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原均高于正常组,以高切变率的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血糖、血脂增高明显(P<0.01)。与DM组比较,IGT组血液流变学及生化指标均低于DM组,以低切变率下的全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、血糖、糖化血红蛋白的降低明显(P<0.01)。提示IGT患者及DM患者除生化改变外,尚有不同程度的血液流变学改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The blood viscosity and biochemistry test in 52 old people with IGT were measured and compared with those in DM (96) and normal adult(43) .The results revealed that the whole blood viscosities at various shear rates,plasma viscosity,blood sugar, blood lipid and fibrinogen were higher than those in normal group, especially the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,plasma viscosity , sugar and lipid( P < 0.05 ~ 0.01) . However, these data in IGT group were lower than in DM group, and the whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, firbrinogen, sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHB) were more markedly reduced than those in DM( P< 0.05 ~ 0.01). It is suggested that in subjects with IGT and DM, there are abnormalities not only in biochemistry, but also in hemor-rheology.更多还原
