【摘要】 分别用水、乙醇、丙酮等试剂处理 β-环糊精 (β- CD)产品 ,考察了提高 β- CD纯度的方法 ,并用间接 (褪色 )分光光度法在 5 5 2 nm处测定了 β- CD含量 ,结果发现 ,经纯化处理的 β- CD纯度有不同程度的提高 ,其中以经水二次重结晶、再分别用乙醇和丙酮处理的 β- CD纯度为最高 ,含量平均值为 98.8% (n=4)更多还原

【Abstract】 cyclodextirins(β-CDs), which were purified by wa ter, alcohol and acetone respectively to investigate the method for improving t he purity of β-CDs, were determined by spectrophotometry method based on meas uring the decrease in the absorbance of the phenolphthalein solution at 552nm an d pH10.5 upon the addition of the β-CD solution. Results showed that the puri ties of all treated β-CDs were improved, especially one treated by water,alco hol and acetone with the highest purity of 98.9%( n =4).更多还原
