【Abstract】 Paracetamol of Ganmaoling Chongji was determined by reversed phase HPLC.Analytical conditions included (a) mobile phase: manthanol 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (15∶85), (b) detection wavelength :257 nm and (c) colum:ODS C18(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm).The recovery of paracetamol was 100 1% and RSD(%) was 1.32( n =5).更多还原
