【摘要】 综述一种重要的内源性物质 S-腺苷甲硫氨酸及其代谢物的生化及药理作用 ,并对其临床用于治疗某些疾病的现状与前景进行了介绍
【Abstract】 The biochemical and pharmacological aspects of the important endogenous molecule S Adenosyl L methionine (SAMe) and its metabolites were reviewed. The current clinical applications of SAMe as well as its clinical potential were also introduced.
