【Abstract】 Great progress of anticancer coordination compounds of platinum group metals which have been studied since 1969 have been made after thirty years of research. The successful development and clinical application of cisplatin and carboplatin have brought about a revolutionary improvement in cancer chemotherapy.Several new platinum anticancer compounds have been commercilized.The development and current status of anticancer coordination compounds of platinum group metals were introduced.更多还原
