【摘要】 目的:探讨消化内镜消毒效果的影响因素,规范消化内镜消毒管理。方法:选取我市四家市县级医院进行了现场试验.针对不同的影响因素进行了试验分组,对消化内镜相关样品HBsAg阳性率进行观察。结果:内镜钳道、附件HBsAg阳性率高于内镜表面;HBsAg阳性率随日诊疗病人数的增多而增加;随消毒时间的延长而降低。结论:加强消化内镜钳道、附件的清洁消毒处理,减少日诊疗人数,保证消毒时间,可有效地提高内镜消毒质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the in fluences of gastrointestinal endoscope disinfection and improve endoscope disinfection effect. METHODS: Experiments on endoscope disinfection were taken in four hospitals of Hbi city, positive rates of HBsAg were disinfection were taken influences. RESULTS: Positive rates of HBsAg with instrument channel inlet and accessories were higher than surface of endoscope, the rate was increased by multiplication of endoscopy patients, decreased by prolongation of disinfection duration. CONCLUSIONS; To insure endoscope disinfection effect and prevent noscomial infection, some in fluences should be heeded such as claning and disinfection of instrument channel inlet and accessories, decrease of patients, disinfection duration.更多还原
