褪黑素对吗啡依赖小鼠肝损害的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的··:探讨褪黑素对吗啡依赖小鼠肝组织损害的治疗作用。方法·· :用皮下定量注射吗啡的方法建立吗啡依赖小鼠模型 ,经褪黑素治疗4周后 ,用HE染色、酶组织化学染色及图像分析方法 ,在光镜下观察吗啡依赖小鼠肝脏组织结构及酶组织化学变化。结果··:肝细胞变性的发生率在吗啡自然戒断组为10例 (10/10) ;ACP、LDH活性升高 ,而SDH活性降低。褪黑素治疗组仅1例 (1/10) ,且为个别肝细胞水肿 ;ACP、LDH和SDH活性正常。结论·· :褪黑素可使吗啡所致的肝损害得到良好恢复

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the recovery degree of liver of morphine dependent mice after being treated with melatonin.Method: A physical dependent model in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine, and the pathological and enzyme histochemistry changes were reviewed by light microscope in liver tissue.Result: At the end of the forth week of natural withdrawal, hydropic and degeneration were found in liver cells of all morphine dependent mice(10/10), the activities of ACP, LDH were increased, while the activities of SDH, ALP were reduced; the pathological changes of melatonin treatment group were greater than those of natural withdrawal group, one or two fatty degeneration cells were seen in liver of only one mouse(1/10) and the activities of ACP, LDH, SDH recovered to normal. Conclusion: The structure and function in liver could get more rapid recovery after being treated with melatonin.
