【摘要】 目的　探讨白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术的特点、手术技巧 ,并发症及防治措施。方法　对 30 4眼白内障施行无缝线 5 5mm切口超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果　术后 1周视力在 1 0以上者 14 7眼 ,48 35 % ;1月后视力在 1 0以上者 198眼 ,65 13% ;术中术后主要并发症后囊损伤 8眼 ,2 63% ;角膜水肿浑浊 2 6眼 ,8 5 5 %。结论　采用无需缝合的反眉状隧道式切口行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术可获较佳视力 ,而手术成功的关键在手术者的手术方法和操作技巧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the character,skill,complication and its prevention of IOL implantation after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods 304 eyes were treated with IOL implantation after cataract phacoemulsification under 5.5 mm incision without suture.Results In 147 eyes (48.35%) the visual acuity recovered to 1.0 or better at one week and 198 eyes(65.13%) recovered to 1.0 or better at one month.The main complications were posterior capsule rupture (8 eyes, 2.63%), corneal edema and opacity (26 eyes,8.55%).Conclusion The IOL implantation after cataract phacoemulsification with sutureless tunnel like method can receive a better visual acuity,however,the key factors of the operation lie in the method of the operation and the doctor’s skill.更多还原
