【摘要】 目的　分析泪囊鼻腔吻合成功与失败原因、提高手术治愈率。方法　 1989～ 1999年对 681例慢性泪囊炎病人行双瓣吻合或单瓣吻合 ,术后随访。结果　双瓣吻合治愈率99 71%、单瓣吻合 98 83%。结论　泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈率高 ,不需特殊大型设备 ,适合基层应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the causes success and failure of saccus lacrimalis-nasal cavity anastomosis and improve operation’s success rate of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 681 cases diagnosed as chronic dacryocystitis from 1989 to 1999 were reviewed.The 681 cases were operated with dacryocystorhinotomy of double-valve or single-valve,and followed up after the anastomosis.Results The success rate of double-valve dacryocystorhinotomy is 99.71% and that of single-valve dacryocystorhinotomy is 98.83%.Conclusions It can be concluded that for the time being the success rate of traditional dacryocystorhinotomy is higher significantly than other operating patterns.更多还原
