【摘要】 目的　探讨羟基磷石灰 (hydroxyapatites ,HA)材料行眶内植入矫正外伤性眼球内陷的效果及安全性。方法　将HA植入眶骨折凹陷处 16例、HA植入肌肉锥体内 6例 ,使眼球突出 1.5mm。结果　用HA矫正外伤性眼球内陷 2 2例 ,均获满意效果。随访 3～ 12月 ,平均 6 6月 ,未见植入物脱出或移位等并发症。结论　HA是一种良好的骨替代材料 ,明显优于自体组织及其它人工材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the effect and safety of traumatic enophthalmos with hydroxyapatite(HA) intraorbital implant.Methods 16 cases (16 eyes) of traumatic enophthalmos were treated by HA which was implanted into orbital fracture,6 cases of traumatic enophthatmos were treated by HA which was implanted into muscle cone,making eyeballs over correction for 1.5 mm.Results The correction of traumatic enophthamos in 22 cases was successfully treated by HA.During a follow up of 3～12 months(average 6.6 months),there was no extrusion or displacement of the implant.Conclusion HA is a good material for substitution of bone graft and is much better than autogenous tissue and other artificial materials.更多还原
