【摘要】 目的　研究不同手术方式对真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法　根据不同的局部病变程度分别采用结膜遮盖术、板层角膜移植术、穿透性角膜移植术及眼前段重建术等 4种手术方式进行治疗。结果　 10 3例 (10 3眼 )中 96例治愈 (93 2 % ) ,手术无效 7例 (6 8% )。结论　根据不同病情早期采用适当手术方式可提高临床治愈率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectiveness of different surgical technique for fungal corneal ulcer.Methods Four different surgical technique were performed depending on the different clinical conditions,including conjunctival flap surgery,lamellar keratoplasty,penetrating keratoplasty and reconstruction of anterior segment of the eye ball.Results Of 103 cases,the rate of success was 93.2%(96 casess).The rate of failure was 6.8%(7 cases).Conclusions Timely different operative techniques can improve the rate of curing,because it was performed periodly according to thc different conditions.更多还原
