【摘要】 目的　为加快超声乳化白内障吸出术的训练进程 ,迅速完成从白内障囊外摘出术到超声乳化吸出术的转换。方法　将摘出的人晶状体核置于猪眼晶状体囊袋内 ,再缝合切口进行超声乳化白内障吸出术训练。结果　 4人参加训练 ,平均在34 5± 9 47只猪眼上进行训练后可达熟练。结论　此训练方法 ,可加快训练进程 ,为掌握超声乳化白内障吸出术提供了一个良好的训练方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To try to shorten the training course of phacoemulsification.Methods We put the human lens nucleus into pig’s lens capsular bag and learnt phacoemulsification with it.Results Four surgeons attended the training.They became experienced after learning phacoemulsification with averages 34.65±9.47 pig’s eyes.Conclusions It is a good training method to put human lens nucleus into pig’s lens capsular bag for learning phacoemulsification.It can speed up the training process.更多还原
