【摘要】 目的　观察共同性斜视术后复视发生率及消失时间。方法　对 45 6例共同性斜视术后行复视检查 ,分析术后复视发生率及消失时间。结果　共同性斜视术后复视发生率为66% ,消失时间 3天～ 60天 ,平均 11 6天。术后复视及消失时间与斜视类型、术后眼位、视网膜对应及隔合范围有关 ,与手术年龄无关 ,但手术年龄大者术后复视较难耐受 ,且消退时间较长。结论　共同性斜视术后复视发生率较高 ,但持续不退者极少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the rate of diplopia occurence and persistent time after operation in comitant strabismus.Methods The diplopia after operation were reviewed in 456 cases with comitant strabismus.Result 301 of 456 cases(66%) of comitant strabismus had diplopia after operation.The persistent time of diplopia ranged from 3 days to 2 months.The average time was 11.6 days.The postoperative diplopia of comitant strabismus associated with type of comitant strabismus,efficacy of surgical correction,retinal correspondence,and range of fusion,but not with the age of surgery.The older of surgery,the longer of diplopia persisted.Conclusion Most of comitant strabismus had diplopia after surgery,but the cases that diplopia persisted for a long time were rare.更多还原
