【摘要】 目的　用综合治疗的方法对Ⅲ级膜视网膜脱离的治疗效果进行评价。方法　选择本院Ⅲ级膜视网膜脱离 36例 ,应用巩膜外冷凝、垫压、环扎、压力空气作分离膜牵引的操作工具 ,塑形充填剂于Ⅲ级膜视网膜脱离的治疗。结果　 30例治愈 ,治愈率为 83% ,未愈 6例。结论　应用综合治疗方法治疗Ⅲ级膜视网膜脱离对于尚无配套内路手术条件的医院 ,或不能支付昂贵的手术费用贻误治疗的患者是可行的方法 ,可以使患者恢复部分有用视力 ,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate th effect of the combined therapy for the complex retinal detachment.Methods Condensation of the enternal sclera,episcleral buckling,cerculer ligation and injection of air to the vitreous body were performed in 36 cases with Ⅲ-grade retinal detachment.Results Thirty cases(83%)were cured and another six cases were failed.Conclusion The combined therapy for Ⅲ-grade retinal detachment is liable for those poor-conditioned hospitals and patients who can’t pay for the expensive surgical cost,it can significantly improve the visual acuity and the life quality of the patients with complex retinal detachment.更多还原
