【摘要】 目的　观察双眼同时进行白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入的手术效果和风险情况。方法　 47例双眼同时进行现代白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术 ,术后观察视力、眼内炎症等情况 ,并与同期单眼同样手术进行对照。结果　同时手术的双眼与单眼同样手术的眼之间在术后视力和并发症方面差异均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　双眼白内障同时行囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术在临床上是安全的 ,但不主张向患者推荐双眼同时手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical results and risk of simultaneous binocular extracapsule cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (ECCE-IOL).Methods Simultaneous binocular ECCE-IOL were performed in 47 cases of senile cataract.Postoperative vision and intraocular inflammation were observed and compared with those after monocular ECCE-IOL.Results No significiant differences of postoperative vision and complications existed between the two simultaneous operative eyes or between either of the two eyes and monocular operative eye ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Simultaneous binocular ECCE-IOL is safety clinically更多还原
