【摘要】 目的　探讨涡静脉、睫状后长动脉在眼内异物 ,尤其是后极部异物定位诊断中的应用价值。方法　对 36例 (36眼 )眼内异物患者 ,先行X线缝环定位后 ,以涡静脉、睫状后长动脉的巩膜表面标志作参考 ,确定切口位置 ,摘出异物。结果　异物摘出率 10 0 %。 19例术后视力有不同程度提高 ,12例视力不变 ,5例视力下降。结论　涡静脉、睫状后长动脉巩膜表面标志对眼内异物定位具有可靠的辅助作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of vortex vein and long posterior ciliary artery in localization of intraocular foreign body (IOFB),especially the foreign body in posterior segment of eye ball..Methods First 36 cases of IOFB were sewed localizer and underwent x ray.The referring to the mark of votex vein and posterior ciliary artery on the surface of the sclera,the incision could be localized in order to extract the foreign body.Results The success rate of the extraction surgery was 100%.Postoperative visual acuity in 19 cases were improved,retained in 12 cases,diminished in 5 cases.Conclusions The votex vein and long posterior ciliary artery have dependable role in localization of IOFB.更多还原
