角膜碱烧伤新鲜羊膜移植治疗对自由基反应的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植在早期角膜碱烧伤治疗中与自由基反应的关系。方法  48只兔制作角膜碱烧伤模型 ,分为新鲜羊膜移植组、保存羊膜移植组及对照组 ,烧伤后 2 4小时分别实施手术。术后 14天及 30天处死实验兔取材房水及角膜组织 ,检测其超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量。结果 新鲜羊膜移植组及保存羊膜移植组的丙二醛含量均低于对照组 ,超氧化物歧化酶活力均高于对照组。术后 14天新鲜羊膜移植组角膜超氧化物歧化酶活力高于保存羊膜组。术后 30天新鲜羊膜组角膜及房水丙二醛含量均低于保存羊膜组。结论 新鲜羊膜移植在早期角膜碱烧伤治疗中能减轻自由基反应对眼组织的损伤 ,其效果优于保存羊膜移植。

【Abstract】 To understand the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation for early alkali burn and its relationship with free redical reaction. Methods Corneal alkali-burn model fo 48 New Zealand white rabbits was made. The burned rabbits were devided into fresh amniotic membrane transplantation (fAMT), preserved amniotic membrane transplantaion (pMAT) and control group (C). 24 hours after burn, the operation was adopted. 14 days and 30 days after operation, the vitality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in corneas and aqueous were determined. Results The contents of MDA in pAMT and fAMT were lower than that in C, and the vitality of SOD were higher.( P <0 01).14 days after operation, the vitality of SOD in fAMT in corneas was higher than that in pAMT( P <0 05).30 days after operation, the contents of MDA in fAMT in cornneas and aqueous was lower than that in pAMT( P <0 05).Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation can lighten the damage to the eyes from free redical reaction for early corneal alkali burn, and it is better than preserved amniotic membrane transplantation.
