【摘要】 目的　回顾性研究玻璃体视网膜手术联合硅油填充术治疗眼球穿孔伤所致视网膜脱离的效果。方法　采用闭合式玻璃体切除、剥膜、水下电凝、视网膜切开、气 /液交换、油 /气交换、玻璃体腔硅油填充 ,部分患者联合巩膜环扎。结果　 98眼中 ,出院时 77眼 (78 5 7% )视网膜复位。随访 6 7眼 ,5 0眼 (74 6 3% )保持视网膜平复。视力 :数指以上者 43眼 (6 4 18% ) ;≥0 0 5者 14眼 (2 0 90 % ) ;≥ 0 1者 12眼 (17 91% )。结论　联合手术对眼球穿孔伤视网膜脱离有较好的治疗效果。能治愈常规方法难以治愈的患者更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the treatment of penetrated retinal detachment by combined surgery of vitreous, retina and silicone oil tamponade retrospectively. Methods The patients had undergone surgery of vitrectomy,membrane decollement, underwater coagulation, retinal incision, intravitreous silicone oil tamponade. Some patients had undergone scleral encircling at the same time. Results 77 eyes (78.57%) of totally 98 eyes had got good retinal reposition. 67 eyes had been followed up.50 eyes (74.65%) of them had on retinal re detachment occurred. 43 eyes(64.18%) restored a visual acuity of better than counting finger. 14 eyes (20.90%) better than 0.05. 12 eyes (17.91%) better than 0.1. Conclusions Combined surgery had a better result for penetrated retinal detachment. It could be a good method for the patients who could not be healed by other regular methods.更多还原
