传染性法氏囊病病毒结构蛋白VP2比较及高表达毒株的分离

【摘要】 对 2 9个传染性法氏囊病病毒 (IBDV)的病理组织和毒株分别增殖后 ,采用不连续蔗糖密度梯度离心的方法纯化病毒 ,经SDS PAGE分析 ,病毒结构蛋白VP2在不同毒株表达量有较大差异。对其中 0 0ZB和99TA32个VP2相对高表达的IBD病理组织样品进行病毒分离 ,获得了 2个IBDVVP2相对高表达毒株

【Abstract】 29of pathological tissues and isolates of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) were propagated in SPF chicken, embryo and embryo fibroblast(CEF) respectively. The viruses were purified by sucrose discontinuous gradient ultra centrifugation and analyzed with SDS PAGE .The result showed that the expression of viral structural protein VP2 were appreciable diversity among the IBDV. Two isolates of IBDV were separated from pathological tissue samples of 00ZB and 99TA3.
