【摘要】 目的 :建立人血浆中美洛昔康的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :用外标法 ,以四氢呋喃提取血浆中的美洛昔康 ,用高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康。色谱柱 :瑞典KRomasil,ODSC18。流动相 :水 -甲醇 -乙腈 -冰醋酸 (5 0 0∶6 0 0∶5 0∶2 0 ) ,内含 1 0 1g庚烷磺酸钠 ,流速 1mL·min-1,检测波长 :35 5nm。结果 :本测定方法的提取回收率为 97 7%～ 10 1 9% ,RSD为 1 91%～ 5 79%。人血浆中美洛昔康的最低检测浓度为 0 12 2 μg·mL-1。线性范围为 :0 12 2～ 7 83μg·mL-1。结论 :本法操作简单 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于美洛昔康胶囊和片剂的药代动力学和生物利用度的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A HPLC method was developed for the determination of meloxicam in human plasma.Methods:Meloxicam in 1 mL plasma was extracted by 4 mL of tetrahydrofuran and was measured with the external standard method,and meloxicam was chromatogred on KRomasil ODS C 18 column,the mobile phase was mixture of methanol-water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(600∶500∶50∶20),and sodium heptanesulfonate 1 01 g.The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1 mL·min -1 ,detected at 355 nm.Result:The average recovery of meloxicam was 97 7%～101 9%,RSD was 1 19%～5 79%,the minimum detection concentration of meloxicam was 0 122 μg·mL -1 .Respectively,a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration in range of 0 122～7 2 μg·mL -1 of meloxicam,r=0 999 8.Conclusions:This analytic condition could be used to study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of meloxicam tablets and capsules.更多还原
