基因重组鼠伤寒沙门氏菌防龋疫苗的研究

【摘要】 目的 :确认变形链球菌表面蛋白pac基因A区片段重组表达质粒载体pET - 17b -A中的A区片段阅读框正确。方法 :利用ABI 310DNA自动测序仪进行DNA序列测定 ,并利用Internet进行联机检索 ,确定序列的构建正确与否。结果 :测定了重组表达质粒载体pET - 17b -A中的 35 0个碱基序列 ,联机检索序列的构建正确。结论 :重组表达质粒载体pET - 17b -A中的A区片段阅读框正
【Abstract】 AIM: To confirm and correct the open reading frame of pac gene’s A region in pET-17b-A. METHODS: pET-17b-A was sequenced by autosequence instrument ABI1310. The sequence was matched to the GenBank via Internet. RESULTS: The sequenced 350 bases matched the pac gene’s A region after they were searched in GenBank. CONCLUSION: The open reading frame of pET-17b-A was correct.
