猪毛蒿对其他植物生长的他感作用

【摘要】 为测定猪毛蒿二次代谢物对其他植物产生的他感作用 ,利用气相色谱、质谱分析鉴定了猪毛蒿水溶性及挥发性二次代谢物 .结果表明 ,猪毛蒿含有较多的水溶性及挥发性二次代谢物 ,这些物质对与其共生及与其非共生植物的种子发芽、幼苗生长具有较强的他感作用 .这种作用随二次代谢物浓度的增高而增大 ,对非共生植物的作用远大于共生的植物 .

【Abstract】 The total amount and composition of volatile compounds in Artemisiascoparia are analysed. The 34 compounds are founds and 15 compounds are affirmed in A. Scoparia leaves. The major volatile compounds are monoterpenoids. The 20 compounds are detected and 7 compounds are affirmed in aqueous extracts of A. scoparia and the major compounds are phenolic compounds, especially cinnamic acid has highest content. The aqueous extract and volatile compounds have much high inhibitation on seed germination and radicle elongation of selected receptors. In both cases the inhibiting effect are very different with different plants and the effects are increased significantly when the concentration of aqueous extracts and the quantity of leaves of A. scoparia rises. The receptors which growing out of A. Scoparia community are suffered much higher inhibiting effect than the receptor which growing in A. scoparia community.
