【摘要】 目的 :寻找小儿难治性肾病临床治疗方法。方法 :将 3 0例难治性肾病患儿随机分为 2组 ,在综合治疗的基础上 ,治疗组 1 6例静滴莪术油 ,(1 0 - 2 0 ml/kg.d) ,同时口服雷公藤多甙片 (1 0 mg/kg.d)。结果 :观察蛋白尿消失或减至 ++以下的时间 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ,t检验 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :静滴莪术油同时口服雷公藤可明显缩短蛋白尿时间且减少复发 ,在难治性肾病治疗中有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to find a method in treating difficult nephrosis syndrom in chidren.Methods:30 cases of difficult nephrosis syndrom were divided into two groups randomly.On the base of systemic treatmend,16 casese of study group were treated with Zedoary Turmeric oil by dropping invenusly (10-20 ml/kg.d)and taken Leigong Ten Duo Dai tablet oraly (10mg/kg.d).Result: To observe the time that protein in urine decrease to two pluses or to negative.The results showed that the study group was better than that in control group.T test(P<0.01)conclusion:It was obviusly to shorten the time of protein in urea and to decrease the relapse of nephrosis by dropping Zedoary Turmeric oil invenusly and taking Lei gong Ten Duo Dai oraly.It is of definitly valuble in treating difficult nephrosis.更多还原
