高血压病人颈动脉重构与一氧化氮、氧化型低密度脂蛋白关系的探讨
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REMODELING OF CAROTID AND NITRIC OXIDE AND OXIDIZED LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS
【摘要】 目的 第一 ,评估高血压病人血清中氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (OXLDL)、一氧化氮 (NO)的变化。第二 ,探讨高血压病人颈动脉重构与NO、OXLDL间的相互关系。方法 选取原发性高血压病人 4 3例 ,健康自愿者 4 0例作为观察对象。应用二维超声测定颈动脉结构与功能改变 ,应用酶联免疫吸附法测定OXLDL ,应用Griess法测定NO含量。结果高血压病组NO较正常对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而OXLDL较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。直线相关分析显示 ,NO与高血压病组颈动脉内膜 -中层厚度 (IMT)呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与颈动脉扩张性 (CD)呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。OXLDL与高血压病组颈动脉IMT呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与CD呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。高血压病组NO与OXLDL呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高血压病人血清中氧化型低密度脂蛋白水平较健康人增加 ,而一氧化氮较健康人降低。OXLDL、NO与高血压病人颈动脉重构密切相关 ,在促使颈动脉重构过程中二者彼此作用 ,相互影响
【Abstract】 Objective The purposes of this study were to investigate changes of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OXLDL) and nitric oxide (NO), and to evaluate relationship between remodeling of carotid and OXLDL and NO in hypertensive patients. Methods forty three essential hypertensive patients (EH group) and forty healthy people (nomal control group, NC group) were observed. Remodeling of carotid was assessed with high-resolution B-mode ultrasonography. OXLDL was determined in method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), NO was determined in Griess’ method. Results NO was significantly lower in EH group than in NC group (P<0.05), OXLDL was significantly higher in EH group than in NC group (P<0.05). OXLDL was significantly positive association with intima-media thickness (IMT), and was significantly related negative to carotid disensibility (CD) in EH group. NO was significantly negative association with IMT, and was significantly positive related to CD in EH group. OXLDL was closely related to NO in EH group. Conclusions Serum OXLDL level increases, but serum NO level decreases in hypertansive patients. Remodel of carotid has close relationship with OXLDL and NO, and OXLDL is closely related to NO in hypertensive patients.
