【摘要】 目的　探讨哨兵淋巴结活检预测乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结状态的正确性和可行性。方法　对 46例腋窝淋巴结阴性患者进行哨兵淋巴结活检和腋窝淋巴结清扫 ,然后进行分析。结果　本组在 41例乳腺癌患者中检出哨兵淋巴结 ,占 89%。其中 9例哨兵淋巴结是惟一转移的淋巴结 ,占转移淋巴结的 41% ,假阴性 1例 ,占 7 6 %。哨兵淋巴结预测腋窝淋巴结的准确率为 97 6 %。其敏感性和特异性分别是 92 4%和 10 0 %。结论　哨兵淋巴结活检是一种简单易行、创伤小的方法 ,可准确预测乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate feasibility and accuracy of sentinel lymphadenectomy (SLND) for predicting axillary status in patients with breast cancer.Method\ Fourty-six primary breast cancer pafients with clinically negative axillae with sentinel lympadenectomy and axillary lymph node dessectino (ALNP) were analyzed.Results\ sentinal lymph node (SLN) were successfully indenfified in 41(89%) and in 9 of 22 clinically positive axillary,the SLN was the only tumorinvolved lymph node indentified.In one of 41 cases,the SLN was falsenegative.In 97.6% cases,the SLN accurafely preducted axillary nodel stafus.The overall sensitivity of SLN was 92.4,with a spectificity of 100%.Couclusion:SLND was the convenia method with less invasive values which can accurately predict the axillary nodal stutes of primary breast cancer patient with clinically negative axillae.更多还原
